Our Shipping Software Pricing

Shipster pricing offers operational flexibility, predictable monthly costs, and scalability for warehouse shipping needs. The pricing model includes: a one-off onboarding and implementation fee, followed by flat monthly software licences based on courier and workstation usage. Ongoing support, integrations, updates, and custom shipping automation are included. There are no per-shipment charges or complex feature tiers. The software is scalable to support growing operations.
Onboarding Fee
The initial setup covers courier configuration, custom shipping rules/automations, integrations, workflow setup and technical onboarding support.
Monthly Licences
Each licence covers:

Final pricing is based on the confirmed number of carriers, workstations, and any additional platform integrations. A one-time onboarding fee of £1500 or £2500 applies.

*You can make changes at any time for flexibility. The fee for each month will reflect the maximum number of licences used during that period.

  • Account management throughout implementation

Both onboarding options include the same implementation scope and operational support. Choose between a standard rolling agreement or a reduced onboarding cost with a two-year commitment.

Flexible Monthly Licensing
Shipster licences are designed for operational flexibility. Additional licences can be added for: seasonal warehouse demand, temporary packing benches, additional courier services, new warehouse locations and expanding fulfilment teams
Licence reductions or increases simply require 30 days’ notice for billing adjustments.
