Smart shipping automation for the modern retailer: Bridging the gap between TRIMS and your courier network

Our integration with TRIMS connects your TRIMS suite with any courier of your choice on your warehouse packing benches. Your shipping rules can be completely customised to suit your unique workflow and requirements - rules beyond weight, destination and value. Virtually any shipping rule you can think of can be created, provided that the data exists within the integrated software(s) e.g. "Product type", "Required Temperature", "Bulky item". Rules can also be used to automate the correct shipping documentation from the shipping label, to invoices, returns and CN22s - all post-Brexit, IOSS and EORI ready. This is all supported by our technical support team who are all technically trained and able to make same-day rule changes and troubleshooting for you.

  • Custom Shipping Rules
    Our TRIMS shipping integration includes a bespoke set of shipping rules which can be amended or changed at any time by our team. Our rules engine is extremely flexible and we can achieve more than rules based on weight, destination and type. Assess exactly what you need your integration to do and provided the relevant data exists, we can make it work.
  • Flat Fees
    Stop paying per label or shipment and take more control over the way you ship with our licencing system. Under this pricing model you decide the number of licences (Shipster to courier integrations) you need, and amend as you need throughout the year.
  • Shipping Documents
    Automatically generate all relevant documents with each customer order, with all purchase, customer and delivery information mapped including: Shipping Labels, invoices, returns, CN22s. For some documents e.g. invoices we can use your design or give you a standard template. All Brexit, IOSS and EORI ready.
  • Technical Support
    Our technical support is available through an online email ticketing system 24/7 but a more immediate response is available by telephone during working hours. Our team our technically trained to troubleshoot with you and make rule changes same day.
  • Our Partnership
    Our partnership with Swan Retail and TRIMS means we can offer much more efficient onboarding and support when you are live. We work closely to tackle any issues that arise and strive to create the bespoke solutions that our mutual clients need.
  • Client Control
    The Shipster control panel allows you to log into your Shipster setup and control the number of Shipster licences that are active on each of your packing benches. This is particularly useful when you want to quickly beef-up operations before Black Friday or reduce for quieter periods.
