Our COVID-19 Response

19 March 2020 | 👤 Tony Cheetham
Customer Notice

I just wanted to take a moment to let everyone know what we are doing in response to the current crisis.

1) As of Tuesday the 17th March all our staff were given the option to work from home. We’re keeping the office open if people do want to come in for the odd day, but restricting it to 2 people at a time.

2) Support is open as usual, but we are operating under sub-optimal conditions so we would ask that people keep calls to a minimum.

3) We are offering extended payment terms on invoice payment if people need it, and we’re being super flexible with our licensing charges. Please get in touch if you need help.

4) Any of our clients supplying goods for the current crisis have been given unlimited license extensions to use as many as they need, for no extra cost. If you haven’t been contacted by us and you feel you should be in that group, please get in touch with me personally and I will set it up for you.

I’d just like to add my own personal note to this. We all know someone who is in an at-risk group, the elderly, the immune-compromised or even people with Asthma, and no matter how hard they try to isolate and protect themselves they are more at risk if the rest of us don’t take this seriously. If you can work from home, please consider it. If you can stay inside instead of going out, then please do it. If we all do our part and literally do nothing then we will get the best possible outcome.

Stay safe,
Tony
