Keeping Up With Demand: Scaling Logistics for MissPap
ASDA ToYou Integration
Next-Day & Click-and-Collect
VIP Deliveries For Campaign Influencers
Now Part of Debenhams Group
The Challenge: "Tomorrow's Fashion, Today"
MissPap grew rapidly by offering high-end styles, modeled by celebrities such as Megan McKenna, at accessible prices. However, their commitment to "Tomorrow's fashion today" presented significant logistical challenges.
Customers expected next-day delivery, Saturday service, and click-and-collect options. As order volumes increased, MissPap required a scalable shipping infrastructure that remained cost-effective.
The Solution: Dynamic Multi-Carrier Integration
Shipster transformed MissPap's logistics from a bottleneck into a competitive advantage.
Rapid warehouse integration: We connected MissPap’s warehouse system with major global couriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure immediate coverage.
We created a VIP shipment system for parcels going to influencers free of charge and with the correct additional documents.
Bespoke Development: Unlike rigid platforms, Shipster builds what doesn't exist. When MissPap needed to integrate ASDA’s ToYou service (in-store pickup), we scoped, coded, and deployed the full integration in under 2 weeks.
Cost optimisation: By implementing shipping rules, we enabled MissPap to automatically route orders to the most cost-effective service based on weight, destination, and delivery commitment.
The Result
MissPap has since launched a US website and expanded their delivery options to include VIP, ship-to-shop, and seamless returns. This operational improvement contributed to their acquisition by the Boohoo Group.
