To ensure everything runs smoothly during the Black Friday period, we will be putting a temporary freeze on shipping rule changes. If you have any changes you would like us to make to your shipping rules, please submit them to our support team before 12:00 GMT on Thursday November 18th.
This freeze will be in effect for all rules changes until Wednesday December 1st. If you have any emergency changes you need to implement during the freeze period, please contact us and we will do everything we can to assist but we cannot guarantee implementation during this time.
Please let us know soon if you need additional Shipster installations to get you through Black Friday and the Christmas season. Simply get in touch with Shipster support to tell us your requirements and we'll make the arrangements.

Additionally, if you are not set up on our new Control Panel, please contact Kieran Coady (kieran@oddsphere.com) directly and he will arrange a one-to-one onboarding session to create your account. You can manage which licenses work on which computers, monitor how many licenses you are currently using and keep track of invoices all through this portal and it can be a great asset during this busy period.

Black Friday falls on Friday November 26th this year.
Our support telephone line, email support and ticketing system will be open as usual.
To get the most efficient help, we always advise that you provide:
• Description of the issue
• The sales order number/despatch number
• The error message
• Name of the computer being used
• The relevant contact info
