Shipster pricing is based on the number of packing benches and courier integrations you require. This means your monthly cost stays consistent unless you add or remove couriers or benches. You can use our pricing calculator to get an exact quote for the licenses you need. There’s also a one-time onboarding fee of £2500, which is reduced to £1500 if you sign a two-year contract.

Our onboarding process is designed to be straightforward for the client. Your main responsibility is to give us access to relevant platforms and provide a clear outline of your shipping rules. Some clients do this via spreadsheets, flowcharts, or calls. The process typically takes about 4 weeks, though we recommend allowing 6 weeks to ensure a smooth setup.

Shipster is ideal for businesses shipping hundreds or even thousands of parcels per week. We work with large companies operating across multiple warehouses as well as those expanding into warehouse setups. A minimum of 4 licenses is required, typically supporting two packing benches.

We provide real-time technical support through direct phone calls and support tickets, handled by trained engineers. Most rule changes and configurations are completed and live on the same day. Support is included as part of the flat monthly licensing fee.
