MissPap is an online UK Fashion Retailer. Popular with young fashionistas looking for high-end looks modelled by the likes of Megan McKenna, Olivia Buckland and Ferne McCann, without the high-end price tag. Their mantra is "Tomorrow's fashion today".
When MissPap came to Shipster, they were amidst a rapid expansion in a booming industry; it turns out ladies want tomorrow's fashion now and that means offering superfast delivery, whether that's next-day, Saturday service, VIP delivery, ship-to-shop or a pick-up from the nearest ASDA store.
To start with, we integrated MissPap's warehouse system with several worldwide couriers, including DHL, FedEx and UPS. MissPap like to offer as many delivery options as possible to their customers, and whilst their popularity has grown, so too have their shipping requirements.
As MissPap's growth continues and delivery areas broaden, they are able to consult Shipster when another courier is needed. With over 20 courier integrations on our books, this is usually another standard, seamless addition to a client's service with us. However, once in a blue moon, a new integration will need to be written if it's a courier we don't currently integrate with. This typically means us having a conversation with your courier, ironing out the best way to integrate, gaining the developer access we need and writing a new integration within a matter of weeks. We've delivered this time and time again ahead of client deadlines and is partly why our list of courier integrations grows so quickly.

MissPap was also one of our first clients requiring an integration with ASDA's ToYou service, which allows in-store pickups of items ordered from MissPap. The entire project from initial inquiry to final delivery was less than two weeks.
Today, MissPap have a large number of carriers and are smashing next-day, ship-to-shop, free and Saturday delivery services every day - with a super easy returns process to match.
