Our Swan Retail shipping integration connects your Swan Retail System with virtually any leading courier of your choice. Our shipping rules are the most bespoke you will find on the market: if you have an idea for a custom rule and the data exists for it, we’re more than happy to make A trigger B. All customisation, shipping documents and help from our technical support team are included and covered by a flat monthly licencing fee.
Our shipping rules are extremely custom and our technical team will endeavour to make your automation ideas a reality. Our most popular shipping rules are based on shipping weight, destination, value and sales channel.
We use a licence pricing model which means you will be charged by the number of licences you use per month. This means you can easily forecast your shipping integration bill without estimating shipping volumes.
The Shipster control panel allows you to log into your Shipster setup and control the number of licences you have active on each packing bench. This is particularly useful when you want to quickly beef up operations before Black Friday or reduce for quieter periods.

All shipping documentation is included in the Shipster process. Each relevant document per order is triggered and populated with mapped order, customer and delivery information. All documents are post-Brexit, IOSS and EORI ready.
Our support team are available for troubleshooting over telephone all of the working day and are technically trained to make quick code changes if you need a shipping rule revision or a new one. The team can also set you up with additional couriers.
