No. We are open to all integration projects and have completed many bespoke projects for e-commerce websites, entertainment, memberships, bookings and more. Once we’ve scoped out what your requirements are from your software, we will set ourselves the task of working out how we can make it work most effectively, give you our assessment and draw up a functional spec that ticks all of your boxes. If we can’t make something work we will tell you. We take pride in delivering good work, not sales pitches.

Our integrations with Peoplevox are tried and tested and have been ticking along smoothly for years, allowing you to manage inventory from the point of collection, pick, pack and despatch.

Why Choose Us?
We like to be as transparent as possible when it comes to pricing. When it comes to shipping integrations with your courier(s), we do not use the industry standard price-per-label; we charge per licence, meaning a better price for you and monthly projections for both of us. You can even experiment with our pricing calculator for your PC-courier count. Quotes for custom projects will need to be calculated based on your requirements.
Support & Maintenance
We offer monthly support contracts based on the nature of your software solution (some require more attention and updates than others). If you have a courier integration with us, you can opt for our support package that includes the Shipster helpline, for on-the-spot help.
Shipping integrations are our bread and butter and with our shipping software, you can have your own custom shipping rules based on any product data we can feed via a custom integration. We will only ever charge you for the number of licences (courier-PC connections) per month and offer you the flexibility to change your number of installations as and when you need them e.g. Christmas rush. Our shipping support system gives Shipster technicians instant access to your PC via remote desktop and a helpline for help in-situ.
