Following this, if you're happy with what we can achieve and prepared to flesh out the details, we'll put a functional spec and quote together for you to review. The project will be project managed by our Director of Client Services Damian, who will keep you in the loop with our progress and let you know if we need anything from you.
No. We are open to all integration projects and have completed many bespoke projects for e-commerce websites, entertainment, memberships, bookings and more. Once we’ve scoped out what your requirements are from your software, we will set ourselves the task of working out how we can make it work most effectively, give you our assessment and draw up a functional spec that ticks all of your boxes. If we can’t make something work we will tell you. We take pride in delivering good work, not sales pitches.

We work very closely with Peoplevox who offer some of the slickest Warehouse Management Software on the market on both web and mobile. This is good news for businesses looking to upgrade their warehouse all in one big project, or if you’re already a Peoplevox customer. Our integrations with Peoplevox are tried and tested and have been ticking along smoothly for years, allowing you to manage inventory from the point of collection, pick, pack and despatch.
We’re always adding more couriers and platform integrations to Shipster, meaning more options and quicker setup for our customers. We are always consistently reviewing and updating our software which means better security, optimization and ease of use. We like to be as transparent as possible when it comes to pricing. When it comes to carrier integrations, we do not use the usual industry price-per-label model; we charge a fixed licence fee per month, meaning you can better forecast your shipping costs and plan when you want to temporarily change your setup for seasonal sales peaks. To get an idea of pricing now, try experimenting with our pricing calculator by inputting your number of PCs and couriers. Quotes for custom projects beyond courier integrations will need to be quoted by us based on your requirements.
Our licence fee includes our monthly support package which includes help by email, telephone (during work) hours and remote desktop for fixing problems in the warehouse live.
No warehouse is the same, which is why Shipster gives you the opportunity to invent and implement as many custom shipping rules as you need, and its all included with your licence fee. For any data you hold against an item, we can program in a rule for you for those items to ship exactly as you want e.g. All orders to France ship via Courier C and printed in french.
